New Tool bars
ES Designer contains a number of new and revised toolbars. All can be activated via the Toolbars dialog. Most can be docked at the top or bottom of the screen or left to ‘float’ as convenient. |
New Software Interface
The ES Designer interface (GUI) has been significantly upated to bring it into line with Windows XP developments. It contains new-look icons, new-look 'modeless' dialogs, new rulers & guides, new toolbars and new toolbar park.

Color Palette Improvements
ES Designer brings major improvements in color control with much more accessible tools. The revised color toolbar allows you to set up palettes, colorways and backgrounds quickly and easily. |

Sequin
ES Designer now provides a dedicated set of Sequin tools which allow you to digitize sequin designs for compatible machines. |
Clipart
The new embroidery Clipart allows you to store, sort and search for embroidery elements. It also allows you to share embroidery elements with DesignWorkflow. |
Patterns & Fills
You can now optionally choose patterns from a dropdown list or from a 'flyout' which provides a pattern library of TrueViewTM representative for easy visualization. The new Stippling method creates interesting fills of run stitching within a border.

Selection & Reshaping
Provides a more precise selection of object outlines and fill stitches. The new Quick Clone feature lets you quickly duplicate selected objects. The Reshape Object tool now allows much greater control over reshaping operations. |
Shaping and Offset Objects
The Shaping tools have been improved with the addition of two new controls - Keep Source Objects and Overlalps. The improved Offset Object tool let you quickly create multiple outlines from selected objects. |
Lettering Improvements
ES provides major improvements in lettering operations including the all-new user-refined alphabets, automatic letter kerning and Team Names Matrix. There are also improvements to lettering selection, reshaping operations and adding borders to designs. |
